In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。Lalasana commits a crime in self-defense and runs away. She hides in a brothel near to the US border, that is ruled by Celia, an aging woman that suffers from pain. Lalasana fakes that is taking care of her, hiding her true purposes.。
