本作はスピードスケート選手・小平奈緒が今も所属する長野・相澤病院が、倒産の危機を抱えながらも奇跡の復活を遂げた実話をベースとする物語。東京の大学病院でのキャリアを捨て、実家である病院を再建するために主人公・有原修平が奮闘するさまを描く。。‘What would you do for your worst enemy?’ Chimo and El Rubio: two teenagers from a run-down neighborhood, victim and executioner, bullied and bully, whose lives are marked by enmity and resentment. Chimo sees an opportunity for revenge and end years of suffering. However, fate has an unexpected twist for them.。
