该剧讲述民国时期的一间叫做“人来客往”的小酒馆中发生的山城轶事，在街坊邻居的嬉笑怒骂间，上演着一幕幕山城民国“浮世绘”。。某座地方城市，毕业十周年的高中同学即将举行最为重要的聚会。这个班内出了两个名人，一个是在影视界小有名气的青年女演员铃原今日子（木村文乃 饰），另一个则是留在家乡电视台的主持人高间响子（水川麻美 饰）。学生时代，响子（古泉葵 饰）可是同学中耀眼的焦点人物，今日子（吉田まどか 饰）则如同小跟班一样陪衬在响子身边，可是谁又曾想到两人的位置会出现这般尴尬的对调。作为班级干事的岛津（三浦贵大 饰）积极张罗同学会事宜，可是在这一过程中，响子、今日子以及同学由希、伦子过去的恩怨纠纷又让即将到来的同学会变得愁云密布…… 本片根据辻村深月的同名原作改编。。In the fictitious island of Ojeda, people lives a dictatorship and the island is a penal colony with ordinary and political prisoners together.
