近未来的日本，人类一味谋求物质水平的发展，而忽略了环保的重要性。每天有大量的工业废料产生，未经处理便被堆在城市的近郊。久而久之，废料堆积成山，变成让人不寒而栗的“黑色富士”。更为严重的是，黑富士积淀大量有毒有害物质，饱受辐射和侵蚀的人类最终变成嗜血如命、毫无人性的僵尸。人类的命运危在旦夕。 在此危急时刻，却有两个人完全置身事外。供职于东京江户川区某灭火器厂的爆炸头（浅野忠信 饰）和秃顶男（哀川翔 饰）是两个无心工作、整日醉心柔术研究的格斗爱好者。他们的不务正业惹恼了社长藤本（志贺庆太郎 饰），争执时藤本不慎为二人所杀。两人将社长尸体埋在黑富士山上，然而藤本却变成僵尸再次复活。随着更多僵尸的出现，两人终于意识到事态的严重性…… 本片根据花くまゆうさく的同名漫画原著改编。。One day Radu receives the implacable verdict that he only has a few more months to live.
