民国初年，颖城国宝青铜狮子被盗，巡捕刘春和李郎奉命去抓捕文物贩子孟凡平，在抓捕过程中，文物贩子在警察局内部人员的掩护下逃跑。刘春和李郎从此蒙冤被开除警察队伍，两人受了不白之冤，决定重新回到颖城抓捕文物贩子孟凡平。孟凡平为了国宝交易成功，改名换姓潜回颖城，于是一场追逃与反追逃的故事就此展开。几经周折，刘春和李郎通过蛛丝马迹，发现卖大饼的张师傅就是孟凡平，二人开始抓捕，孟凡平一伙又一次逃脱。李郎独身一人开始抓捕孟凡平，几经周折终于抓获了孟凡平，挖出了警察局的分局长一伙，还给了社会一个清白和公道。。早期武侠动作片。。Inspired by W.G.
